Domino Server All Releases AIX

Hello,

I have a Domino webpage that is delivered via https. If the user clicks on a certain button, a popup window appears. This popup window's URL also begin with https, but I still get a "Security Alert : You are about to leave a secure connection..." message in IE right before the window opens. Why is this?

Yes, I have the "Warn if Changing Between Secure and Non-Secure Mode" checkbox checked. I know unchecking it will solve the problem, but is this the only way? I'd prefer not to ask my users to uncheck that box.
